10% 401k contribution with no minimum contribution from employee
401k is incredible - the company puts in 10% of salary, pre-tax, whether staffer contributes or not, so your savings can accrue quickly. Have up to 20 days off (including federal holidays) in a given year. Offers FSA. Health benefits are fine - Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They also offer life insurance, disability, etc. The benefits are one of the strongest packages I have received as an employee.
