You get more time the longer you stay
10 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation is standard, additional weeks added for every 5 years with the company, but some positions include it in their starting offer, 1 week sick leave, 4x10 schedule, so 3 day weekends.
Most generous I have seen in any position I have been offered. I suggest negotiating for an additional week of vacation time if you cannot get a higher salary.
With the 9/80 schedule I'm on, I only get 8 9 hours holidays, so only 72 hours of holidays in a year, instead of the usual 80
You are told you can take vacation and before you leave you are slammed with additional work. Work that your manager demands you complete or you will be fired. At this point, your manager is lying and colluding with HR to create a hostile environment and deny your benefits.
The worst thing about the company that I noticed was the amount of work that the employees were putting in on a daily, weekly and yearly basis and their vacation times were very brief if any.
Vacation and time off are good.
