Love the HSA. An excellent PPO. HMO. We could have dental and vision
its been great so far.
Health, Dental, and Vision are covered in various levels. CBRE also contributes to an HSA.
Health ins. plans that I have had in the past covered more for less money but I'm not sure if that is a result of the plan or a result of the effects of the ACA.
Based on current available insurance, this is typical of Corporations offerings. Pre-tax monthly paid premium, out of pocket deductible between $3,000-$5,000, discounted meds applied to deductible. No charge for annual well checks, mammograms, OBGYN etc.., Once deductible paid - 80/20, then after max around $12,000, 100% covered.
They contribute $500/per year to your HSA, but deductibles are $2k +
Pretty good coverage. Low premiums
Too much out of pocket compared to others in the same industry.
Worst health insurance options that I have had in 38 years of employment! HANDS DOWN! You're better off not having their medical insurance and just getting some major medical insurance from another source. Unless I have a heart attack or cancer I'll NEVER meet the yearly deductible, the premiums are outrageously high for the pathetic coverage, and once the deductible is met it doesn't cover nearly enough to make it worth all that you paid to get to that point. It's only slightly cheaper, and covers slightly more than the high premium COBRA coverage upon termination (voluntary or involuntary). It's bad enough that I'm just going to cancel mine at open enrollment this year and either do without or get on my wife's Wal-Mart policy...which is far better than CBRE's pathetic offering.
High co-pay & out-of-pocket limits.
