CBRE offers paid holidays and vacation to eligible employees.
Typical of Corporations. Exempt employees over a certain pay threshold have "take what you need" time off. Otherwise, 2 weeks. 10 National Holidays paid time off for exempt employees. Non-exempt employees earn PTO as they go.

For hourly roles, it is average - for the first 2 years, it is about 10 business days of vacation.
Generous number of days off
Time off was based on seniority. However, if you were unable to take vacation due to one's supervisor mentality, you lost earned time if you maxed out . This was never regained nor would HR back the employee. I would have given 0 Stars if possible.
Hourly accures and salary is limit-less!

PTO and sick days are lumped into one category. Will need to make sure that you are careful to prioritize. As years of service goes up, so does PTO granted per month
