Making sure our employees and their families have the coverage they need is top of mind. We offer comprehensive benefits as well as great perks from a weeklong winter break and paid time off to tuition assistance, wellness programs, and even perks for your four-legged friends!
I had a great time and met many amazing people, you are going to really enjoy it there, for sure!
There was nothing bad about being there, I ended up having a really great time and meeting many exciting people, and had a great summer!
It was an average benefits package, and highly dependent on your place in the hierarchy. As a director, I had a small stock incentive package ($10,000 in value over four years if I recall correctly; I left before vesting), a significant annual bonus (up to 15% of base pay), and 15 days of PTO. I found the PTO to be below industry standard; that level usually gets 20 days in my experience. That said, I got unlimited sick days. The company was very disinclined to offer work from home days (it was allowed but only with an exceptional reason), and there was no paid paternity leave, so it wasn't the most family-friendly place, although the hours weren't too bad. Health insurance was average. I don't remember any additional special perks like job training, transit, discounts, etc. Directors and above did get assigned parking when we were at CBS TVC but that went away when we moved to Burbank.
Great people. Beautiful SF facility.
Great health benefits. Solid but not great 401k match. Traditional PTO.
Health insurance is not great and the wellness benefits are terrible (gym membership discount is like, 5%)
Flexibility, with multiple options for medical, dental and other health coverage. Plus easy access to FSA benefits through a card system.
Medical, dental and vision were excellant package options. Personal time off and sick time were above average for the industry.
average package compared to other companies
Worst aspects are on par with average, and many go above and beyond what other companies provide.
