Worst thing was that you have to stay there for many, many years to achieve a competitive number of PTO days. Best thing was unlimited sick days.

You get the whole Christmas week off in addition to the standard 2 weeks which is nice

10 days initially. Christmas week shutdown.

You accrue time from paycheck to paycheck and the number of hours accrued grows the longer you're with the company.

Plenty of days off and flexible.

  • Mar 03, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Digital Content Producer in Carlsbad, California

Scheduling vacation time with my managers was always an uphill battle because the job often required working holidays and weekends. It would be nice for the managers to be a little more considerate when scheduling time off because content producers work such an abnormal schedule.

Xmas we had a week off.

  • Feb 09, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Web Designer in San Francisco, California

The best part is the entire whole week you get off during the Winter Holidays; it's from the 25 to after New Years. Days off are pretty flexible if given ahead of time.
