HR says only two (2) weeks PAID maternity leave, after working one year. Not very competitive or generous to employees. Makes work/life family balance even more difficult and costly. Employees are more likely to return to work if given adequate paid leave, PT/Flex return options, and overarching support from your employer.

I believe paternity is only 10 days, while maternity is 10 weeks if getting C section 12 weeks. It is not only CBS but 12 weeks is just ridiculously little time to leave a baby and go back to work.I think maternity and paternity leaves should be much longer.

I also know little about the maternity leave but I think its about 4-6 weeks. I think Paternity leave is offered but i think its only up to 2 weeks.
