All were competitive within this industry. Some good employee discounts. Good match on the 401k. Personal time off vs sick days and vacation makes planning easier.
Health insurance: High deductible; low employee cost. But coverage is not great and everyone complains about it. Company matches 401k contributions once vested.
great 401k and medical benefits started immediately
As a part-time employee full health or investments were not offered, but the job perks were great!
Very good benefits: United Healthcare Insurance, 401K + company match, PTO, etc.
Never had one after 15 years
the package is good which included health, 401k, vacations, sick, holiday pay, and many other benefits as well, it's very much compare it to other companies as far as I know.
CBS has great health benefits. Employees can choose from several different options for health and dental benefits based on individual needs. They also offer programs with ways to save yearly on benefits.
They offer a very competitive benefit package!
I enjoy what I do for CBS. It is a dream position and I have excelled in the production of highlights for the broadcast of live sporting events.
