A complete health and retirement package offered, along with very well organized social events.
The holiday schedule is very generous and so is the 401K match. After 5 years you get an additional week of vacation which is amazings. The medical insurance is probably my least favorite part. My co-pays for medicine change every prescription it feels and what is covered isn’t always the best.
Very nice benefits package, including health, dental, vision, sick & vacation time and floating holidays. Excellent 401k offered and philanthropic volunteer opportunities as well.
The best of the benefits is the 401K.
Low deductible and great overall benefits
As an individual, you cannot beat the benefit package that CCA offers. Family medical coverage is, unfortunately, very expensive (compared to my spouse’s employer.)
There are great benefits as far as work/life balance and insurance discounts if you participate in wellness programs. The pay is just ok, unless you're a VP or above, and the bonus structure is fragile.
they have a 401k. big whoop. they only contribute money at the end of the year and its small
I was an intern so I did not have a benefits package.
I was just an intern, therefore I didn't receive any benefits. However, they do offer a great benefits package to full-time employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
