Great benefits at a good price. Fair 401K matching. Decent amount of PTO provided yearly.
GOOD: The vacation time is decent. They Cerritos office tends to be flexible with hours as needed. Not so Good: This is a smaller company so to insure your spouse you have to prove they cannot get coverage else where and then you pay a high premium to add them. The vision offered is not the best version of the plan EVEN upon upgrading. There are only 4 sick days per year.
Decent insurance benefits. Declining though, used to be great.
Competitive Salary, nice benefits, Tuition fee reimbursements
inexpensive health insurance and good 401k plan
Great benefits! 401k, full health insurance (dental, health, vision, DI, Life, etc), work from home, FSA, HSA, etc)
HMO, FSA, and HSA plans are available. HMO of course is more expensive. Yearly bonus have been paid for the last 20 years based on company performance in Gross profit, revenue, and strategic goals.
Benefits are average. Health insurance is decent. 401k match is lower than I've experienced in other companies, but it's better than nothing. PTO is ok, but it's not unlimited. No company holidays between January 1 through Memorial Day. To my knowledge, no employer matches for charitable donations. No free snacks/food for employees. No diversity-related programs or initiatives. Biggest issue is that there is no paid maternity/parental leave.
Excellent vacation and paid time off accumulation. Full health, dental, and vision plans available. 401K Plan. Flexible working hours. There are remote positions available.
18 days PTO. Jumps to 23 days your 3rd year (by calendar year so if you joined in November, you can get 23 days within 2 years 1 month). Health package is great. 401K has a vesting period of 3 years and matched up to 50% of 6%. Depending on your role. Up to $50 of your home internet is paid for and up to $100 for your cellphone plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
