Health insurance premiums keep going up every year. Plus you can’t add a spouse to your plan if their company offers them health insurance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Because we know that employees need and value a competitive benefits plan, we use external market data to ensure that our benefit programs are competitive, including employee medical premiums and our 401k match. In order to maintain low medical premiums for our employees, we do not cover the medical benefit for spouses who have access to coverage through their own employer. Regarding paid time off, CCC offers a bank of time (in addition to company-paid holidays) which employees may use for any reason. I would welcome more specific feedback on our medical benefit programs in order to address any concerns you may have. GOOD: The vacation time is decent. They Cerritos office tends to be flexible with hours as needed. Not so Good: This is a smaller company so to insure your spouse you have to prove they cannot get coverage else where and then you pay a high premium to add them. The vision offered is not the best version of the plan EVEN upon upgrading. There are only 4 sick days per year.

CCC is committed to supporting our employees’ health and well-being through our benefit programs, and each year we validate the competitiveness of these programs using external market data. In order to maintain low medical premiums for our employees, we don't cover the medical benefit for spouses who have access to coverage through their own employer. In addition to 4 sick days per year, employees can also use their banked vacation time for any personal days needed. Thank you for the feedback. CCC continues to expand its robust benefit offerings every year. Employees have access to a variety of medical plans under Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois’ PPO network. The PPO network allows employees to choose where they go for care, without a referral from a primary care physician or having to only use providers in a plan’s provider network. The PPO national network includes more than 500,000 contracting doctors (more than 85 percent of doctors nationwide) and more than 5,000 contracting hospitals. In addition, employees have access to Health Advocates who offer a concierge type of service to assist with all benefit-related questions/concerns as well as a rewards program that offers cash incentives for the health care choices you make. On top of that, employees have access to both a financial wellness program and a weight-loss program – paid for by CCC! Please reach out to HR with any concerns regarding your benefits.
