Nice benefit plan is offered to employees
They raise the rates, but give no raises. The coverages isn't affordable.
They offer a very good benefit package to include paid time off, 401K and medical insurance. They promote a good work/life balance
NO sick days and you have to give a whole explanation to your Manager in why you want to use your PTO.
The benefit package is extremely fair considering the current economic environment. However I believe the benefits package can get pricey if you fail the annual biometric screening.
There are only 2 plans 2 choose from - and still a little pricey compared to other companies
The bebefit package covers very little.
The health insurance is expensive, and if your spouse is insured with you, you pay an EXTRA fee of about $90 biweekly. The 401k match is very low. No raises, even after a year of employment. Time off is decent, but all banked PTO hours must be used for sickness, vacation, and if the company closes for the day due to weather etc, you MUST use PTO if it is available
High copays and deductibles compared to other companies. I agree with others regarding micro management even though they will deny it. Poor training in recent years. Not much promise.
Worse part is the point system. 10 points and you are fired no questions ask. Dr note does not excuse any points.
