    CDW offers a pretty good benefit package. Medical, dental, vision, 401k etc

    CDW is pretty flexible with work/life balance. Many departments offer the option to work from home a couple times a week. In Chicago, there's also often free food from vendors. Vacation time, sadly, is disappointing. Starts at two weeks but definitely negotiate for three before you start. 7 holidays and 5 sick days, 2 of which you can use as a "personal" day. 401k doesn't vest until 5 years, but they do offer profit sharing, which is nice. Tuition benefit is available, but you'll have to pay back whatever they gave you within the past 2 years if you leave.
