Very generous health/vision/dental insurance benefits. Time off is encouraged and most people work a 8 hour day.
Great partner relationships allow for wider offerings to customers. Solution divisions need a realignment to allow for greater segment focus instead of technology focus.
Everyone has very good opportunities for benefits and it is all about if you take advantage of it. Time off is given within reason, and you can built your 401K from day one. There are always events going on for coworkers and tons of awesome things to do within the city.
Amazing place to work with a lot of opportunity.
Solid benefits package with various options of coverage. 401K matching. Very good work-life balance perks too. Bad thing is you Have to get in at a good starting pay as all raises/promotions are based on that.
Company perks include spiffs/contests at manager discretion. healthcare and 401k are normal I would say. Vacation accrued monthly rather than give for the year and the time given increases with length of service.
stellar medical and insurance options. 401k choices are decent
Good benefits, could be better
Time off isn't the best, but they split sick days with vacation days (PTO). Medical benefits are good, not the best in terms of premium and out-of-pocket but better than many out there in Illinois. They offer BCBS PPO and HMO and HMO or PPO dental. They have an on-site daycare of which every coworker is entitled up to 20 days per year for last-minute drop-off in case you lost a sitter or school is out. That cost is currently $20/child or $30/family per day. They also have an on-site gym and coworkers get discounts, though you cannot use for the first 6 months. They do lots of food days and deliver donuts and bagels every Tuesday... that's what the culture is like at CDW. They also give you a free paid volunteer day for the charity of your choice.
CDW continually researches benefits and perks to add to the portfolio that provide value and convenience to the workforce and their families.
