Vacation is vacation. I never had time to take mine, but you earn it at a rate of about 2 weeks per year.

3 weeks a year and 4 weeks after 5 years of service, very flexible and makes sure you can take it.

I don't believe you should have to earn 2 weeks off the bat, but CDW is pretty flexible about when you can take time off.

10 days is average. According to handbook, you cannot take any days off until you're at least 6 months in...definitely case by case and depends on your manager. -Most managers are okay with you leaving a few hours early to make it to doctor's apps. -5 sick days--you accrue about 3 hours a month. If you don't use all of them, 2 pay be personal days.
