401k is good, overall benefits are competitive
Maternity coverage: I didn't pay a cent for prenatal care and my child's birth. I also was not charged for any lactation consultant appointments. After seeing a gigantic hospital bill with the "you owe $0.00" at the bottom, I was pretty happy. I also was relatively easily able to take 16 weeks off for leave, with 14 total weeks paid by CEB and 2 weeks from my PTO balance.
401k matching has long vesting period.
Paternity leave is well above market and there are some perks for traveling mothers. PTO is good but doesn't roll over. 401K isn't great but it isn't terrible either.
