Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for all of the benefits outlined. Spouses and dependents under the age of 26 are eligible for medical dental, vision, volutnatry life, critcal illiness and accident plans.
Employees are eligible to enroll in benefits on their first day of employment with CECO Environmental with no waiting period.
BEST: Benefit Package is quite good compared to peers, CECO pays a large part of the medical, pays all of STD, LTD and Life & AD& D costs and immediate vesting and employer match for the 401(k). WORST: Vacation and PTO are limited and not best practice. The company is more concerned with the amount of money carried on the books and payout at termination rather than keeping and attracting talent with only 10 days vacation. Word to the wise NEGOTIATE your vacation in your offer or look elsewhere for employment.
Insurance is expensive but it is a good plan. 401k is okay, nothing spectacular. Vacation packages are horrible.
