Health insurance provides good coverage, although premiums increase every year. They match 401(K) up to 6%. Not much vacation compared to some other companies. You start out with 2 weeks and this doesn't go up to 3 weeks until you've been with the company for a full 5 years! Also, the "sick" policy is ridiculous. If you miss more than 2 days of work within a 12-month period (consecutive OR non-consecutive days), you must have a doctor's note to RETURN to work!

The benefits are so competitive! I have friends and family that work for hospital systems and surrounding pharmaceutical companies and CF outweighs all of them in terms of cost savings for any plan we select!
The employees that are in the standard bonus program, which is those not considered upper management, are entitled to up to a 10 percent bonus. In 2017 for 2016 we only received a 2.5 percent bonus because of company objectives not being met. One was an acquisition that did not happen and was quite costly to get out of it. $3000 less taxes did not correlate well. Others less with a less annual pay received minimal.

Vacation - 2 weeks to start, then weeks added at 5 years, 10 and 25. Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve). PTO days all inclusive.
