great coverage -- helpful customer service gets you the best price
Their deductibles are high and then co-pay is also kinda high I think they just don't have the best insurance but they do offer other types of insurance for free like AD&D, dismemberment and all that though I don't know if it's standard for all that to be free
Best thing about the health insurance at CGI was that it covered alot of different conditions
Ridiculously high deductible - no chance to reach it with average annual medical costs. So basically paying $500 month for nothing.
Only offer high deductible plans
Very expensive high deductible plan is the only option.
Yes, there is health insurance -- but it's the typical HDHP with HSA that most employers are offering these days. Employer contribution to HSA is $500 per year (~$19 per paycheck) with occasional incentives for taking a survey, participating in a health screening, etc.
THe health insurance is basically catastrophic coverage. The deductable is high for a family, the rates are high for management. Constantly looking to cut costs. Eye insurance is poor at best, only places that take it is walmart or Sears, cannot go to my normal eye doctor
The coverage is not what it should be for the high premiums, not many options as well.
on the high side of costs, but Cigna is good
