Over the years the benefits have been normalized (watered down) significantly.
No Federal holidays paid for contract workers
Minimal health insurance (HDHP with HSA) but okay stock purchase and 401k program. Flex time expires quickly and is therefore difficult to use.
i got a nice benefits and salary which i am happy but the medical insurance is the one i'm not happy about
They offer matching for 401K up to 3%. Stock Purchase Plan is also matched up to 3% and is 100% vested immediately. Health benefits are fairly basic, with options for FSA or HSA. They offer HSA contributions for participating in different health-related programs, such as taking a health assessment. Vacation time is accumulated; the number of days per year starts at 2 weeks for most positions, but can be increased depending on position and number of years of experience. 2 floating holidays per year + 12 federal holidays.
The paid time off and sick time is generous. THe health benefits started off good but as time passed they have become over priced and high deductable. THe SPP is awesome, stock value is great.
The Health Insurance offered is not good. Has an extremely high deductible. Vision benefits are decent. I have not yet used the Dental benefits.
