    They base your vacation days off your entire work experience vs. a standard 2 weeks or lumping all of your vacation, sick and holiday pay together.

    Paid time off is fair and in line for a starting manager. Not so great for SCA employees. It is hard for them to take time the first year without getting negative with LWOP.
