    10 days of PTO until you are there for 2 years, when it goes up to 15. You have to be there another 3 years, for a total of 5 years at CGI, before you get 20 days. It's so they can bill the client as much as possible.

    2 weeks when you first start, goes up to 3 weeks after working for 3 years. 2 flex holidays. Unused vacations rollover to the next year, but caps out if you don't use it.
