Vacation depends on how long you have been with the company 5 years, 10 years, 15 years. 401k match is 6% (but only 50-100% of that 6% depending on company financials so really it ends up at 3%). 7 holidays. Medical/Dental is pretty good

The medical coverage is quite good...covered all my expenses as advertised. in network providers are abundant and of high quality with specialists available if needed.

sick leave/vacation combined, as you work for the company longer the more paid time off you will accrue. 401k, FSA offered. Make sure you get a travel card or know someone who has a purchase card should you need any in office expenses if you're at a client site - otherwise it will be at your expense, out of pocket.
