Employee contribution to health care was rather high, but comparable with similar firms
They offer the usual stuff.
401K match is 3.5% which is comparable to industry average. Best thing is the flexibility. Worst thing: I can't think of any.
Good health insurance with reasonable premiums/deductibles.
Good telework options and support really helps with work/life balance; eliminates 2+ hours of daily commuting for me. Fairly standard overall benefits package (401K and matching, healthcare, etc). Sick & PTO combined, with 17 days 1st 5 years, 22 days years 5-10, 25 days after 10 years, 27 days max after 15 years. Ability to balance hours over each two-week (80-hr) time period can really help stretch the PTO bank (i.e., work extra the week before/after a trip to reduce PTO use).
Vacation and time are off are large and more extensive.
CH2M benefits are okay, standard for the industry. They can be expensive if you have a family.
Health insurance premiums are rising as for most companies. 401K match, but only in stock options.
Best- Flexible work environment that allows employees to work from home, variable hours, etc. Worst - very little PTO offered
You get everything other large organizations offer. The only thing they do not offer is warranted retirement income. But that is nowhere anymore in private business.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
