Reasonable benefits, the 401k match decreased over years to be less than competitors, paid time off was similar to competitors but carryover from year to year was recently capped.

Where you start is where you end up
Vacation depends on how long you have been with the company 5 years, 10 years, 15 years. 401k match is 6% (but only 50-100% of that 6% depending on company financials so really it ends up at 3%). 7 holidays. Medical/Dental is pretty good
