“Lots of coverage for family mental health options. ”
“Matching 7% 401K starting from the day 1”
“I got 12 weeks paid and was able to slowly transition back to full-time if I needed after as well. ”
Great pto flexibility onsite health care
Awesome very generous and starts day 1
the 401k match is industry standard, as are the health benefits. They do offer 2 floating holidays and VTO which are nice
The benefits package is something that I really cherish here. They really go above and beyond to make sure you and your family have access to all of the latest services. They are always making changes to the benefits to stay with the current times which is so helpful and makes me confident they are getting the best prices on things. The company's benefits are a huge contribution to my job satisfaction, love it here!!
great perks, great people, best company to work for in okc
CHG has really good benefits and listen to their employees feedback each year.
Great coverage, a little on the pricey side.
It's not a great plan of the amount of money the organization generates.
Low-cost insurance, great PTO, matching 401K, incentives on a daily basis
Honestly, CHG benefits aren't the best. The company is great to work for, but they could do to up their game with their benefits. The PTO is pretty skimpy and doesn't really increase that much over time. 401k match was increased to matching half up to 6% to matching half up to 7% recently, but that's still less than my previous companies. They only have 8 paid company holidays (my previous jobs had 10-12) and both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are only half day holidays. So if you want those full days off, there goes one of your PTO days or floating holidays (we get 2 of those which seems pretty standard). The health insurance seems mediocre, but I don't use it because my husband's is much better coverage wise (we used to always use my insurance because mine was cheaper and equivalent or better coverage, but compared to CHG, my husband's is far superior in both aspects). All in all, the benefits are sub par compared to what I'm used to and would be my biggest (possibly only) complaint with working there. They are good with flexible schedules and making sure you are able to take care of things at home. So work life balance is pretty good. And the on-site health clinic is awesome. Everything considered, I still love working here.
