The health insurance was a strong benefit. The 401K match requires a vesting period. Other insurance is get what you pay for. So the benefits are good for long term employment, but folks who do not get past 5 years employment are not covered completely.
High deductible with the most expensive plan
Health insurance was good. Tuition reimbursement was ok but confusing to navigate.
The health insurance benefits are not good. Even for “employee only” you still have to pay for benefits . You are also limited to seeing CHI providers only.
