Best thing about CHI is that they offer HSA as a benefit.

Staying Healthy

Hey all! Anyone here with hypothyroidism? I'm determined to lose weight (155-160F), but it's proving to be really hard. I take daily 30 minute walks and Tai Chi, I'm looking into starting swimming, and I recently switched into a mostly protein diet. Most workouts bore me to death, but if it means I can lose that 15 pounds, I'll be happy. Any recommendations to add?

As per diem staff, you still qualify for retirement benefits.

Good health insurance option. Various benefits are available but I would personally trade that for some of the most important ones being more robust. Retirement match and PTO should be more competitive. Specifically - PTO accrual does not increase until year 5. Many do not like how employees are forced to use PTO on certain days. This feels like an abuse or "take back" of something the employee has earned.
