Lower tier insurance plan doesn't pay for anything except preventative visits. Paying $400 a month to have them not offer a copay is ridiculous. They say it's so you can choose how to use your healthcare dollars. That would be easier if I wasn't paying $400 a month just to pay my deductible first.
There are a couple of plans to choose from with the contracted entity. Wellness is a focus.
Christus has a decent pension plan after five years you are 100% vested in the company. I find that the insurance is quite expensive to have a simple surgical procedure to remove a foreign body
it was ok. I didn't utilized it so much so I'm not quite sure how at par it was with the other health insurance.
