401k is awsome vacation time builds with years of employment
One of the greatest perks they have is a PENSION. While many companies got rid of theirs, CHS has kept it. They have a decent 401K matching by the Company. As well as a formidable variable pay (bonus) plan that pays even the lowest hourly worker.

for part time employees it is almost not worth it to take their benefits as they cost literally half of your paycheck
