    for part time employees it is almost not worth it to take their benefits as they cost literally half of your paycheck

    Worst: Medical insurance price and high deductibles and out of pocket costs. Inability for company to match a person’s current vacation time as a new hire or match current marketplace salary.

    Health insurance and 401k top notch, but some benefits others enjoy in industry not there IE personal use of company vehicle, flexible hours in off season

    The price for health insurance is comparable to any fortune 100 company. Includes medical, dental, and vision. Can add life, etc if want to. Also offer 401k, and long and short-term disability. There is profit sharing as well, when the company is doing well.

    CHS has a robust benefits plan comprehensive with medical, dental, vision and even 401k and pension. Contingent on the profitability of the company, employees are also eligible for profit sharing. I would say our medical plan as a whole is very strong and the premiums have remained low. Maternity leave is offered, but no specific paternity plan, unless it qualifies under FMLA.
