Great place to work with high impact in contributing to intelligence collection for the security of our nation. Great 401k matching and overseas premium pay. Retirement after 20 years at age 50 with 5 years overseas time.
The pay is excellent for a contractor, but direct contracts must prepare themselves for tax payments if they have not before worked under a 1099. Direct contractors, those not subcontracting with a contracting company, are not likely to receive benefits from the CIA.
The benefits are great. The offer payment for everything and the pay is good. I realy do no t have any negative thing to say.
Best - life insurance ,health insurance, flexible spending accounts Worst - health insurance increasing, not a variety for 401k stocks, now too
Pension, health, dental, 401k, life insurance, flexible spending account, vision Worse: you have to pay a portion, but small comparatively speaking
Tours overseas with free housing, full time language immersion for certain tours
In line with other federal employees.
They have excellent health and retirement benefits
Health insurance is better than most out there. Great pay for hardship posts and war zone duty.
Full time employees get 13 sick days per year. Paid time off is determined by the years of service: Less than 3 yrs - 13 days/yr 3-14 yrs - 20 days/yr 15+ yrs - 26 days/yr
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
