    Vacation time is short having in view the years of experience with which you join. They still give vacation according to seniority in the company and it's hard to get more.

    Company reminds you regarding the vacation available and allows people to carry it over for certain period in the next year.. Paid time off is not available for any other reasons. I am not so sure if there is any benefits such as paid time off.
