Health insurance, PTO, started the day I was hired
You get life insurance and a base salary with no chance of negotiating it. They pay you for the extra hours that you put in. You rarely get any time off. You have to ask for days of well in advance.
While the pay was lousy for the amount of work they expect, everything else is great. Full health, dental, vision, 401K, and travel benefit (they will take money out for your travel so it won't be taxed). They also have a life insurance policy, but it is not your and will end with termination (make sure you get yourself a policy and don't rely on the work one). You can accumulate over 3 weeks of paid leave, but once you hit your limit, you will lose time off, so you will need to take time off, even it will impact your work negatively.
