The plans are 80/20. 80% is covered by insurance, 20% is your portion. Even after annual deductible is met, you are responsible for 20% or more.
Benefits were highly competitive with other employers.
you only need to pay a little to get a great coverage
Pretty costly based on my understanding.
The Health insurance contributions keep increasing, the plans have changed recently forcing you into higher deductible plans. Copays and deductibles, out of pocket maxes and your contribution increases annually effective wiping out the minuscule annual performance raise provided.
The best thing about the health insurance at CliftonLarsonAllen is the fact that you have three different options and all options are great. They are very affordable and have great family plans as well.
They have a variety of options to align with an individuals needs.
It is quiet expensive and the deductible is very high. Not good for the majority of the employees who make 50,000 or less.
Seems to be similar to other firms.
No issues with health insurance.
