Standard vacation days is 120 hours but it is technically unlimited as long as you don't abuse it. They understand that some years you will take more time off than others. Health insurance rates are extremely reasonable. 401k is pretty standard.
Depending on your position PTO is unlimited, but you must have all your work completed prior to taking PTO. There is no real work life balance. It is not unusual to work 50-60 hours a week just to fulfill your workload prior to taking any time off.
Great people, respected services. A positive experience.
Health care package is awesome but there is no bonus paid out to seniors.
Weak 401-k match (match 50% of your contribution up to 4%, aka 2%. Recently moved to unlimited pro for salaries employees.
health/dental/vision/401k/pre-tax comuter...things you expect of a larger CPA firm in the Washington DC metro area
The best thing about the benefits package at CliftonLarsonAllen is the fact that they offer several different health insurance options and all options are affordable and great. I am so thankful for great insurance.
PTO is fantastic. Maternity and Paternity leave is terrible at 1 week.
Best PTO ever - hands down! Plus they offer a HSA (which is an amazing benefit - research it if you don't understand it, but it's going to be the next 'hot thing' when it comes to saving for retirement); vision, dental, supplemental life insurance; FSA, parking/commuter benefit Worst - I never have anything bad to say about CLA, I love it here! If I had to pick a worst, I'd say the 401(k) match. It's 100% of the first 2%, then 50% of the next 2% - so you must put away 4% to get the full match from them of 2% (plus they have profit sharing once you become eligible). I wish the match was 3% or more.
The environment is very modern and friendly. It makes doing a difficult job easier and less stressful.
