Vacation & PTO wrapped up in 1 and is now unlimited. If you had a reserve in the past that you carried over, that is now gone so no more payouts of accrued vacation when you leave.
3wks PTO for staff with CPA license. 2wks for non-CPA staff. Manager and above, unlimited PTO ( meaning there is no accrued PTO, so you don't get paid when you leave the company. Use it or loose it.) Paid sick day: 3 days (use it or loose it) 5days holidays + 2 floating
You can't really take vacation during busy season, but summers are great and you can often get extra time off if you want/need it (unpaid), plus they're pretty flexible with sick days or leaving the office early if you need to pick up kids, etc.
Generous PTO - they don't really explain when it is OK to take time off
