    I have not experienced that kind of leave but I am sure that there are benefits that are offered by CME Group.

    Paternity leave is only 2 weeks, I think it should be at least as long as maternity leave especially if both parents take turns taking care of the child.

    There is paternity leave, (besides maternity leave for female employees), which is very nice. I believe it is flexible which 2 weeks (before or after) the employee can choose. The worst thing about this benefit I can think of is that it is only 2 weeks, which, I believe, is the same as most other companies, if this benefit is offered at all.
