Flex hours and work from home now and then are a plus. Negatives - Best PPO plan only covers 80%. Short Term disability is just 80% for 6 weeks then 66%. Everywhere else I worked, STD was 100% until LTD kicked in.
Quality comprehensive health plan including Dental and Vision. Had the peace of mind of having good coverage. There has to be staffing when the markets are open so there's less flexibility regarding days off than there might be at other employers.
