They have really Great benefits
The best thing about the benefits is the benefits.
Good health plan, good retirement
Health insurance benefits are good.
Benefits are comparable to industry. Vacation benefits could be better. Long strides in company service to earn 5 weeks.
It’s handled by the union. It was $114 a pay check when I was there
Railroad retirement is much better than social security. Health care plan includes the entire family for a flat rate that doesn't change
They match on the high deductible plan for insurance, so the money is great.
Healthcare was pretty good for one.
Great benefits across the board. Demanding industry to be a part of but the pay helps. Maternity/Paternity leave is basic.
