“Everyone pay the same premium per month whether you have no kids or 20 kids. Plus you get free dental and vision after 1 year.”
“Standard railroad retirement , so nothing over ans above expected. ”
“2 Weeks is standard with negotiable increases with time served”
Railroad retirement is much better than social security. Health care plan includes the entire family for a flat rate that doesn't change
They match on the high deductible plan for insurance, so the money is great.
Healthcare was pretty good for one.
Great benefits across the board. Demanding industry to be a part of but the pay helps. Maternity/Paternity leave is basic.
Employer match for 401k and Stock option is excellent, and the medical is great as well. Prescription coverage could be a little better.
Great 401k matching and a pension through the RRB
Pretty good considering the majority of the country.
no complaints. decent package. no sick days
The benefits package at CN railroad was great. It provides all the benefits that you would and could every need or want
Best benefits include company stock options and railroad retirement. The worst has to be dental/vision
