“Only high deductible plans make it extremely expensive to pay for any kind of care, even with the HSA that CNA offers.”
401k match is great & many PTO days promoting great work/life balance
Best was 401k worst was coat of healthcare
CNA offers stability and also a lot of great benefits such as the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule between the office and my home office. CNA also has one of the most robust 401k programs I have seen offering a great company match + additional contribution from CNA.
401k matching plus an added 5% Can earn a Wellness Day (extra PTO day) Floating Holiday Medical, Dental, and Vision starting day 1
The 401K and PTO packages are great. The healthcare is where CNA is lacking. Only high deductible plans are offered, and they only cover preventative care, everything else out of pocket until the high deductible is met. Even with an HSA, it's extremely expensive to pay for care.
Health insurance options very limited but amazing 401K match
Strong 401k match if 8%
401k match is great, competitive health & dental available as well
Great benefits and great pay
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance change from United healthcare does not cover former medications covered. More expensive office visits.
