Health Insurance is expensive compared to peer companies, especially for family coverage. 401K program is better than average given company contributions (3%) and 50% of the first 7%.
401k is very generous with matching up to 6% and 2% employer contribution. Health insurance has high deductible and does not cover expense 100%. Vision is excellent and dental is not bad considering dental usually isn't very comprehensive to begin with. Flex-time is also available as are work from home days.
