To help your savings grow more quickly, CNH Industrial makes generous company contributions to your Retirement Savings Plan account (after you’ve completed one year of service):
• Matching Contribution: Equal to 70 cents on every dollar that you contribute on the first 10% of pay you save.
• Fixed Contribution (each January): Equal to 5% of your prior year’s pay, regardless of how much you contribute to the Plan.
This means you could receive an amount equal to 12% of your pay from the company. You can make pre-tax contributions to the Retirement Savings Plan through convenient, automatic payroll deductions.
Generous 401K plan and is the only good thing about compensation.
Years ago we did well with the 401k.
The company matches your first 2% contribution at 200% (You contribute 2%, they contribute 4%). Then, they match your next 8% contribution at 100% (You contribute 8%, they contribute 8%). In summary, if you contribute 10%, they match with 12%.

They had a $0.70 match for every dollar up to 10% of your salary.
When you put in 10% they match 7% dollar for dollar. At beginning of the year they pay 5% of your gross pay into your 401(k.) If you end up with something in addition to your base this means over 12% matching
Very generous match of contributions that encouraged saving.
Match is good at 200% for the first 2%, and 100% for up to 8% more of your salary you contribute. However, you don't vest for 3 years (all or nothing), so if you don't stay that long you won't get anything.
Industry's best and great for savers. Company contributes 12 Percent after employee contributes 10 Percent.
