401k is great- company matches and it really makes a big difference; surprising level of health insurance benefits still provided even with current reality of what everyone else is dealing with; vacation allowance is great with a ton of holidays given as well.
The health insurance premiums keep going up each year, and the amount of coverage declines. Each year I am paying more and more out of pocket. The 401k contribution match can't be beat, not to mention the once a year lump sum contribution the company makes is awesome.
