Absolutely excellent 401K match. Health insurance plan is not very good. It is a no copay plan so you have to pay everything out of pocket until you reach the deductible which is $1500+.

401k match is very generous, but you will need to be there at least 3 years to be vested for the matched amount. Maternity & Paternity Leave were increased in 2021.
The 401K match is outstanding. The performance bonus calculation is not well understood.

They offer a pretty decent medical, dental, and vision package. 401K matching for salaried employees is amazing (200% match on first 2%, and 100% match up to 10% contribution).
