Best: 401K match Worst: not a clear bonus structure
Medical and dental were fine. Above average I'd say. Retirement plan was decent with company match. Nothing else really stands out about their
Large enough of an organization that medical benefits are well priced. Good 401K program, but should promote it with the hourly workforce more effectively
high deductibles with the health insurance. dental and vision are not very good. if company makes profit, there is a likely bonus.
Best thing about benefit package is the 401K match from the company
Overall it's pretty good. As you would normally expect with a large company. There are 3 options for coverage that is affordable.
Fantastic 401k matching plan (12%); however don't expect any raises. Salary raises seldom happen. Health insurance continues to change and increase. Yearly performance reviews and bonus are done on a bell curve which is extremely disliked by employees. Good employees get poor reviews due to bell curve requirement.
401K match is great...200% for the first 2% you contribute, and for the next 8% you contribute they'll match it at 100%. However, the company contributions don't vest until 3 years (all or nothing). I've worked elsewhere with much better shorter term matches. Health insurance options are ok...I had much better at my prior company. 3 plans to choose from, 2 which are high deductible. VIsion and dental also included (though you also pay for them).
Benefits are pretty good, although they have slowly diminished over the years. They used to be excellent
401k is Phenomenal, Good (But Pricey, thanks ACA) insurance, Holidays, Vacation, Dental,
