We don't get holidays off because we are considered 24/7 employees, but the PTO structure is generous to compensate for that.

Overall it works out to about a month, but that's your vacation and sick days combined.

  • Jan 04, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Producer II in Washington, District of Columbia

Lots of vacation days, but no automatic holidays off. So you have to use a vacation day for Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc. But even counting out holidays, still pretty generous. 38 days per year if you've been at the company for eight years.

28 days to start, you earn 5 more after 3 years, and 5 MORE after 8 years. And there are usually a combination of 5 bonus days given out over the course of summer and the holidays.
