Networks for remote employees are hit or miss.
Best: reasonable premium for individual coverage, and you can earn HSA incentives Worst: high premium for family coverage, and the deductible is way too high.
Best: onsite clinic and gym
Medical Benefits are truly terrible.
Employee pays a significant amount for pretty poor coverage.
Expensive compared to the new online healthcare. Lots of out of pocket expenses.
There are opportunities to earn money for your HSA account through out the year.
Blue Cross makes it much easier, PPO and other plan to choose from
Prices for employees were ridiculous and I always found my spouse's plan (through a company outside the insurance industry) to be more comprehensive and less expensive.
