Best thing is that they offer complete menu of benefits mostly paid by company. However, because many employees are remote their medical coverage and networks need review to make sure most employees are able to find quality healthcare in their area.

Vacation and time off is normal. Many times you are too busy to take it.

    - Average 401K: matches 50% of employee contribution, and capped at 3%. - High deductible health plan, reasonable premium for individual coverage, quite high premium for family coverage - Vacation/Personal days grow with the tenure, no additional sick days.

The insurance plan and 401K are about the same as other big companies. We have personal days besides the paid vacation days. We also have onsite clinic and fitness center. CON's wellness program is pretty good as well. Lots of activities and seminars about healthy living, fitness, weight management are offered.

The benefits were ok. Pretty average overall. The salaries seem to be very low, however.

On-site gym and two cafes. Also, on-site Healthcare IF you can get in. Health ins is High Deductible, ONLY. They are a supplemental Health Ins co, so they offer that, out of pocket. Please don't take more than 15 mins to meet with the sales rep, as you may get into trouble... even if you buy.
