The insurance plan and 401K are about the same as other big companies. We have personal days besides the paid vacation days. We also have onsite clinic and fitness center. CON's wellness program is pretty good as well. Lots of activities and seminars about healthy living, fitness, weight management are offered.
Amount of choice/ variety is very good, insurance costs are average, coverage is on par with industry standards; vacation/PTO max at 4 weeks vac and 9 PTO days
The benefits were ok. Pretty average overall. The salaries seem to be very low, however.
