Standard benefits package. Above standard healthy living benefits but expensive medical premiums
There's a full service on-site clinic with low cost medications , etc
Insurance is mediocre, recent change to Anthem seems to be a downgrade. Onsite clinic is great, vacation/personal days are average. Overall not amazing benefits, but not awful.
We have these things, but they always seem very bare bones. I am thankful for the insurance, but sometimes I think they could put more into mental health and allowing weight loss surgery.
2 weeks pto 7 sick days
For an insurance company, the health insurance options/pricing offered to employees were abysmal.
reasonable as you can expect
Solid health insurance benefits as provided by other companies. Standard 2 weeks vacation plus personal time to use as need/wish. More difficult than normal to navigate the sign up process and get the discounts that has become the norm with corporate health benefits.
Insurance is expensive for what you get (pretty sad given in the insurance industry). Onsite clinic is a nice addition.
