Pretty significant but can always be improved for senior employees especially if hired with Work tenure and established time off habits.
Best: vacation/personal days grow with tenure Worst: no additional sick days. 7 or 9 personal days may not be enough to coverage yourself and dependents.
Could never get manager to approve time off.

The vacation time is nice, but it doesn't get better until you have been with the company for 5 years. Getting the PTO time right up front is really nice, most companies make you earn it over years of employment.
