    Slow accruing for hourly workers but good benefits for the most part. There is a gym membership included as well as metro reimbursement!

    Best - Wellness Stipend (applies to massages, fitness equipment, haircuts, house cleaning, dry cleaning, dog walking, baby sitting, etc) Worst - Unlimited vacation. This is great in theory but does not make employees feel as though they earned/are entitled to their time off since they do not accrue time.

    Benefits on par with other companies. Unlimited vacation that no one uses. good health plans but you pay for any plan above the Kaiser HMO. 401 k match after a year. good salaries. bonuses for key staff. fun days and plenty of happy hours. very young work force.

    Good benefits overall for a small to medium business. The unlimited time off is a bit of a joke since there is really no time to take off.

    Pros: gym membership (LA Fitness), $500 annual household care stipend, $2,000 annual education benefit. These are all great perks that supplement the airline and hotel loyatly points employees build through travel consulting engagements. Cons: the company has an unlimited PTO policy, which in such a high pressure environment, translates to no PTO for some employees. Certain account teams seem like they might be more tolerant of PTO than others; important to note that consultants have a billable hours target to hit for the year, so if you take PTO, you are expected to make up those hours.
