Great pension and 401k match
No perks. I hated this job as the agent was never in the office and his wife felt the need to micromanage all work. was a secretary and they asked me to pull weeds and possibly do a patch job on paint while I was wearing heels to work.
Good co-workers, tough to make ends meet with limited compensation.
Comprehensive, generous benefits package offered.
No retirement benefits offered for employee and career financial reps. Healthcare is decent for employee reps. Healthcare becomes extremely expense when you turn career.
Amazing company that values family and social involvement. Great training high productivity and great management. Huge opportunity but must be committed.
All benefits of the many benefits are amazing!
The cost of 80/20 health insurance is high for families.
I do not know enough about the benefits package to provide a good review. Based on what I did hear, the package is good.
Benefits weren't great. Good enough for me, but seeing as I don't have children to worry about and I'm young, it didn't bother me too much. The health insurance was cheap, but I had very poor plan with a high deductible. If you want to pay for it, you can get a good plan. Most agents used their wives insurance plans and opted out of Country's. They did provide a very small life insurance plan. But since you'll be selling life insurance, you'll take care of that pretty quickly! Could be your first sale! After you have worked there for over 5 years there are retirement planning options that are fairly decent.
