1 week PTO after a year. 1 sick day earned per quarter. No insurance.
There is absolutely none for store employees. Corporate should provide options for the people who make the stores actually work and make money. I'd love a 401k and health benefits, but there are none.
There is no benefits package whatsoever.
I would not know I did not get one nor was I told about one there was not any training all the training we got want from other people. when I new phone came out it was every person for themselves until the new videos came out.

The Franchisees / Owners of my particular store did not offer any benefits whatsoever. They finally allowed employees to pay for Aflac through Cafeteria Plan, so it would be non-taxed. They did not subsidize Aflac policies in any way. Aflac was strictly between the employee and the Aflac representative.
No benefits at all, working full time and even over time without any insurance or commission. Low pay as well.
