good 401k match and time off policy
Amazing benefits plan as expected by a company that manages benefits for other companies across the globe. 4 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick time, Holiday pay, 7% combined match on 401k, top tier health, dental, and vision. Technology allowance, Gym Membership, free breakfast, lunches, fruit and snacks available at all times.
Mercer provides a robust compensation package that fills most employee's needs. The costs and deductibles are high but I blame that more on the health insurance network as a whole.

Pay into the health care package, however the employer does contribute more than the employees. Different options for deductibles are nice to have. Poor bonus structure.
Benefits are pretty standard but there is an additional tech bonus to pay for phone and additional technology that is very helpful.
Good health insurance. Family isn't a major pressure; maternity/paternity leaves without any negative feelings. 401k is fine, standard matching. No way to buy into the company :( Side benefit is they have a very active visa support program for exceptional workers

Best thing - Salary on time if you are billable. Worst thing - No salary if you are not billable. ( I am on 80-20 billing )
Best thing, is that there are benefits. Worst thing is that benefits only seem to focus on employee only coverage. Family coverage isn't a top priority because most are young and majority wins. Will be hard to get senior level talent with families because family coverage is way too expensive. Glad I don't have a family but if I did, I couldn't afford the benefits at CPSG.
