23 employees reported this benefit
Basically non existent, coworker was hospitalized for a week about 30 days after starting and the company just called it “days without pay”.
Beliefs that CR England will hold it against you if you are sick and taking former employees to court are totally unjustified and blatantly untrue. If you're sick, let afterhours or your Driver Manager know. It's as simple as that. You will receive paid time off if you have time accrued.
As far as I know you didn't get sick days or they didn't want you to know about them.
Simply call your supervisor and let them know you cant come in. its pretty standard here.
No Sick days, You don't work you don't get paid
If you get sick, you might get fired. They will ignore any and every plea or expression that you are sick. They will hold it against you. They may even use it as ammunition against you in a court of law. CR England is famous for putting all of their former employees into Civil lawsuits.
