as big as this company is we should pay out less for benefits
It was fairly standard. There was not anything that stood out as awesome or horrendously bad either. It is almost forgettable about how the benefits were and how they were used.
I like them I like them they were okay I liked working there it was a nice job and company to work for.
Time off is one day earned per one week worked. Can only have a total of four days home at a time. The health insurance is expensive. $105 a week for the best plan, includes dental. You have to be there for sixty days for it to be effective.
Health ins is on the high side of the scale. 401k is offered. No paid time off for the first year.
Health insurance and vacation time.
Its your average package. But good luck getting time to see a doctor if needed.
Time off was hard to come by which is good and bad. Good because you get paid by mileage so you must be working, bad because to make any kind of money, you cannot take any time off.
only matches 3% for 401k
Good to have when you need it.even being out on the for day or week at a time away from home.
